DATA SOVEREIGNTY & PRIVACY
We operate under an unyielding principle: the entity that cultivates the soil retains unconditional sovereignty over the generated telemetry.
Soil NPK values, irrigation metrics, and crop yields belong strictly to the farm operator. FHRISM acts solely as a zero-knowledge compute custodian.
Macro climate models aggregate telemetry on a minimum 100km² regional mesh. Boundary coordinates of specific farms are never publicly exposed.
FHRISM strictly prohibits the sale or transmission of harvest predictions to third-party commodity hedge funds or speculative traders.
1. SCOPE OF TELEMETRIC DATA COLLECTION
When hardware gateways and IoT nodes connect to the FHRISM mesh, the system ingests: (a) soil moisture, temperature, and electrical conductivity; (b) ambient atmospheric pressure and solar irradiance; and (c) drone spray dispersion paths. Personal operator data is isolated strictly to credential verification.
2. CRYPTOGRAPHIC ENCRYPTION AT REST AND IN TRANSIT
All sensor packet transmissions from LoRaWAN field hubs are encrypted via AES-128 before air transmission and encapsulated in TLS 1.3 streams to our ingestion mesh. Telemetry archives in cold storage are protected using hardware-security module (HSM) encrypted keys.
3. RIGHT TO EXPORTATION AND TOTAL PURGE
Operators and cooperatives may export their entire historical telemetry archive at any point in open formats (Parquet, GeoJSON, CSV). Upon account termination, all raw parcel identifiers undergo an irreversible zero-fill cryptographic wipe within 14 operational days.
4. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
This charter operates in strict alignment with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA B.E. 2562), the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the FAO Digital Agricultural Data Principles.
