1. ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZED OPERATOR CREDENTIALS
By initializing any FHRISM gateway or subscribing to the Telemetry API, you confirm legal authority to bind your agribusiness entity. Access credentials must not be shared across external organizational perimeters.
2. AUTONOMOUS DRONE & IRRIGATION ACTUATION SAFETY
Operators employing automated chemical spraying or valve actuation APIs remain strictly responsible for physical safety buffers on the ground. FHRISM AI models generate optimized recommendations, but local manual emergency shut-off switches must be maintained at all pump stations.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY BOUNDARIES
The Prism ML neural network architecture, model weights, and edge firmware compilers remain the exclusive intellectual property of FHRISM Inc. All field sensor readings, soil indices, and yield harvest records generated by your land parcel remain your sole property.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FHRISM shall not be held liable for crop loss resulting from unprecedented natural catastrophic weather phenomena exceeding 100-year historical return periods, intentional physical destruction of solar nodes, or uncalibrated third-party hardware additions.
5. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms are governed by the commercial laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) in Bangkok in accordance with its institutional arbitration rules.
